What Happens Next
When you reach out over phone, email, or form, you can expect the following:
- I will respond to you within 1-2 business days
- I will follow up with you by email or phone call. If you have a preference, please let me know ahead of time.
- In my response, I will set up a time for us to do a free 15 minute consultation.
- In that consultation, I will:
- introduce myself and talk about my approach.
- explore what’s brought you to therapy/consultation.
- answer any questions you may have.
- discuss logistics.
- schedule the first appointment if we want to move forward
